Quick Start Guide
■First time customer/registration
JS-BASE is a members-only stationery wholesale site for businesses. It is not available to the general public.
①Please click the login icon in the upper right corner of the top page.
②Please set your e-mail address and password.
③We will confirm your registration details. You will not be able to log in until you complete the registration.
④When your registration is completed, we will send you an email to confirm your registration.
⑤You can log in when you receive the registration completion e-mail.

■The flow of ordering
① Log in (You can proceed to the middle of the purchase screen without logging in, but logging in is required at the time of payment)
②Select products
Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page to add the product to your cart.
③ Enter payment information
"The total price of the product and shipping charges will be displayed. You can also set the shipping location.
Payment can be made by credit card, Google Pay, or Shopifypay.
Customers are responsible for customs duties. You will be billed by UPS after the shipment is completed, so please register your UPS account in advance."
④After the payment is confirmed, your order is complete. An order completion e-mail will be sent to your registered address.
⑤After we finish packing, we will deliver the package to UPS. After that, UPS will ship the goods to the designated address. (The delivery time may vary depending on the country, but we will ship your order in approximately two weeks.)

Ordered items may include items ordered from the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer's stock status, the ordered item may be sold out or out of stock, and the order may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a refund. Please understand this in advance.
■About Delivery
UPS will be used for delivery (EMS may be used in some cases).We cannot ship to countries where UPS is not available.It takes approximately 2 weeks from the time of order to the time of delivery.

■Returns and Exchanges
"Please be sure to check the contents of your order upon arrival.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
However, if the product you received is damaged or stained, or if you received a different product than you ordered, please contact us for details. We will check the situation and respond with a refund or other appropriate action.
However, please note that we will not be able to respond to your request after one week has passed from the time of shipment."
